Introduction

Marston Robing Limited is committed to protecting your privacy and recognises its responsibility to keep confidential any information about you which is acquired in connection with your order or booking. Marston Robing is not currently registered under the Data Protection Act as the data acquired is only used for the management and control of your order or booking and is not disclosed to any party, save for your University, College or Institution (which already holds data on the individuals concerned anyway). MR reviews its registration status regularly to ensure full compliance with the relevant legislation. No data is not provided to any third party, nor is your data sold or made any other use of. After 6 months your data is archived and then once statutory requirements are fulfilled the data from your order or booking is deleted from our systems.

Protx Limited is committed to protecting your privacy and recognises their responsibility to keep confidential at all times any information about you which is acquired in connection with your payment. Protx is registered under the Data Protection Act and complies with their standards. Please note however that their responsibility is necessarily limited to protection by them of information which they obtain. Protx is committed to protecting the security of your data and use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. For example, the personal information you provide is stored in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities.

Collection, Use and Disclosure of Information

To enable us to process your payment we will typically acquire information which includes your name, your e-mail and business addresses, and other relevant business details. Protx uses the information which you provide us to process your application. Protx will not disclose the information to third parties, or make any use of it, without your permission, unless we are required to do so by statute or by an authorised body in order to aid the investigation or prevention of crime.

Cookies

Cookies are text files, used by your computer's browser, that store visitor session data. Cookies, by themselves, do not identify the individual user. Cookies are commonly used on the Internet and do not harm your system. Protx currently use cookies on their VSP Admin reporting system. Protx never stores any personal information in cookies (on any computer that you may use) that can be used to identify you, such as your name or account numbers.
